Welcome to Hypno-Health!

My name is Hugh Sadlier. I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and have been practicing in the state of Maine since July 1, 1991. I have earned additional certifications in Complementary Medical Hypnosis, Sports Hypnosis, Hypno Coaching, and Neuro-Subliminal Programming. Through hypnosis, I help people make changes within themselves and in their lives that enable them to achieve optimum mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I have worked with people on over 150 different issues, ranging from anger, childbirth, fears, insomnia and pain to relationships, smoking, sports performance, stress, test taking and weight.

I meet with people in my Blue Hill and Portland offices and offer phone hypnosis services to those who prefer the convenience and privacy of their own home.

I also offer a brief consultation, free of charge, to answer questions you may have before making an appointment.

Upcoming Class
I will be teaching a hypnosis course for the University of Southern Maine Center for Continuing Education in February and March 2009. The course meets Monday evenings, 7 to 9 p.m., on February 23rd, and March 2nd, 9th, and 16th.

The course, "Take Control of Your Life with Hypnosis," will help participants discover the subconscious mind's power and potential to help people achieve optimal well-being.
