My name is Hugh Sadlier. I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and have been practicing in the state of Maine since July 1, 1991. I have earned additional certifications in Complementary Medical Hypnosis, Sports Hypnosis, Hypno Coaching, and Neuro-Subliminal Programming. Through hypnosis, I help people make changes within themselves and in their lives that enable them to achieve optimum mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I have worked with people on over 200 different issues, ranging from anger, childbirth, fears, insomnia and pain to relationships, smoking, sports performance, stress, test taking and weight.

I meet with people in my Blue Hill and Portland offices and offer phone hypnosis services to those who prefer the convenience and privacy of their own home.

I also offer a brief consultation, free of charge, to answer questions you may have before making an appointment.
