Stop Smoking With Hypnosis

When you free yourself from the smoking habit, you give your body the opportunity to heal itself. It can do exactly that, but only after that last cigarette!

How many times have you tried to stop smoking? If you are reading this, you are probably still smoking, or maybe you know someone who is trying to kick the habit. However you tried to quit (cold turkey, gum, patches, strong medications with potentially serious side-effects, or your own creative techniques), if you only used your conscious mind, the cards were stacked against you. Smoking cessation methods that rely on the conscious mind and willpower are like New Year’s Resolutions—only 8% of people who try them might be successful long-term. That’s because the roots of the habit are in the subconscious mind, where the conscious mind cannot go.

Hypnosis is arguably the best way to stop smoking permanently, because habits reside in the subconscious mind. Once they take hold, they continue on "autopilot" until you can release them in your subconscious mind. In hypnosis, you temporarily disengage the conscious mind and connect with only the subconscious mind, where your whole life is recorded. Your subconscious mind is usually very willing to help you understand and release the influence of everything that had caused your smoking habit. By releasing the causes and replacing them with positive images, perceptions, sounds or feelings, you create your non-smoking program. The repetition and reinforcement of the new program enable it to become the new habit—permanently!
